Mindful Circle Art Workshop
In this 90-minute guided creative session, we’ll slow down, ground ourselves in presence, and explore the meditative practice of creating art in circles. Using either drawing tools or collage, this mindful process invites you to work intuitively—allowing shapes, colors, textures, and images to emerge organically within the circle’s embrace.
No art experience is necessary. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a sense of curiosity.
Through quiet reflection, creative play, and gentle group sharing, you’ll leave with more than a finished piece—you’ll carry with you a sense of inner calm, renewed focus, and meaningful connection.
